Patrick turns up unexpectedly at Malte’s mobile home, which is parked on a cliff by the Baltic Sea in the middle of a deserted restricted area.
\nThat evening, a concert by the band in which Vincent, Patrick’s son whose biological father is Malte, is due to take place nearby. <\/p>\n
Patrick reminds his friend of the old vow that Malte will stay away from Vincent. The son should never find out that Patrick is not his real father. <\/p>\n
But then Patrick makes a discovery that makes him abandon his plan to keep Malte away from Vincent. <\/p>\n
Over the course of a day, a night and a morning, the two friends, who are both at late turning points in their lives, explore what expectations they still have, what they are prepared to risk and, above all, what is left of their friendship.
